How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We endeavor to have all items shipped out within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. If for any reason we are awaiting stock or sourcing from an external provider, you will be notified by email of the shipping delay. Please ensure to check your junk box if you are unsure if you have been emailed.


If you have ordered a pre-order item, they are listed as such as stock has not been received. If stock is taking longer than expected you will be notified via email.

The standard postage estimate depends on your local area. To check your area use the Aus Post delivery calculator. If you think your parcel has been lost please contact the shop, and once the estimated delivery time for your parcel/area has passed we are able to lodge an inquiry with Aus Post. 


I ordered this item as a gift, can you express post it?

All parcels are lodged with Australia Post standard shipping, we currently do not offer Express Post as an option.

If you require an order before a specific date for a gift or special occasion, you must contact us before you place your order.

Email or call us on 6253 3515 and let us know which item/s you intend to order, and the date by which you require it, and we will let you know if we can get it to you by this time.


Is my item tracked?

All items within Australia which require additional cost shipping are tracked through Australia post, and any damages, mishandling or non-delivery which occurs with Australia post must be dealt with by the purchaser directly through Australia post. Items which do not require additional cost shipping will not be tracked.

We currently do not offer International Shipping, however are exploring our options to ensure the best services are available for our customers.


Damaged or lost item?

We cannot take any responsibility of any damage, mishandling or non-delivery which occurs during the Australia Post postage process. 

Please call us with any complaints, which we can investigate internally, or if shipping related, we can direct you to the relevant Aus Post department.
