Where can I find my discount code?
The weekly discount code is emailed out on Tuesdays in the Members EDM. If you have opted out of the weekly EDM you will need to contact the Membership team via firstname.lastname@example.org to opt back in. Your Raiders Member number is not your discount code.
Where do I use my code on the website?
At the checkout there is a text-box which asks for a "Gift Code or Promotional Code" this is where you need to input your code. Ensure to select "APPLY" after inputting your code to ensure it is applied to your order. If the price has not changed from the full price, the code has not applied and may need to be input again.
Can I use the discount when checking out on my phone?
Yes. You will need to drop down the "Order Summary" and input your code in the text-box with "Gift Code or Promotional Code" listed.
My member discount didn't work?
Have you checked that the code was correctly input?
Have you selected "APPLY" after inputting the code?
Did you apply the code before submitting your purchase?
If you have answered yes to the above questions, please contact Raiders Shop (email@example.com) to fix this issue prior to purchasing your items, allowing two (2) business days for resolution. Failure to contact the store prior to purchase will not result in compensation of any form.

How do I use my Member $50 voucher (Platinum, Platinum Plus, Club 82 Members only)?
Inside your membership pack you received a confirmation letter which had a voucher attached to the bottom. You need to log into your Raiders Shop account, select your items and check out. Once at the checkout you will be asked for a gift code. You need to input your relevant voucher code here to enable the discount on your purchase. You will need to choose which discount gives you the best value, the 20% or the $50 as they are not to be used in the same transaction.
I have lost my voucher (Platinum, Platinum Plus, Club 82 Members only), can I have this replaced?
Please treat these vouchers as cash. Any loss of the physical voucher or code, will not be replaced or honored.
Do I get a discount on sales items?
All financial Raiders Members receive a 20% discount on full price items only. Any sales, promotions, memorabilia or special items will be exempt from this discount.
