This warm-up tee represents eight of the Canberra Raider’s most prominent cultures to celebrate the 2024 Multicultural Round.
The design highlights aspects of Samoan, Tongan, Serbian, Ukrainian, Maori, English and Irish cultures. Additionally, it features a subtle tribute to the Indigenous players, showcasing their flags on the back of the tee in recognition of their dedicated round in Round 12.
The Raiders collaborated with local artists, Alaivaa Lauvao (Samoan), Muti Palu (Tongan), and NRLW co-captain Zahara Temara (Maori) to commission symbolic artworks to combine for the final intricately detailed warm-up tee that is representative of the whole squad’s heritage.
